        随着RFID技术的广泛应用,RFID产业的快速发展,RFID以其免接触、快识别、高寿命、大容量、高安全性等特点受到了广大图书馆用户的注意,并被引入到图书的管理中,因此出现了RFID信息化图书馆。但RFID技术在图书馆中的应用尚不成熟,其中存在的问题还有待解决。本文针对其中一个较为基础的问题——RFID标签可识别距离的不一致性所引起的设备参数问题进行研究。在RFID信息化图书馆中,设备的工作给标签提出了不同的参数要求,标签的不一致性放大了设备参数之间的矛盾,对标签进行筛选可解决这一问题,但对标签的高要求导致生产成本增加,进而带来设备采购成本的增加,严格的筛选使标签合格率降低,增加了设备生产的成本,又形成新的问题。通过分析两个问题相互之间的矛盾,找到了设备在由生产者出售图书馆时,设备生产成本等于图书馆采购成本相等这一事实,将生产者和图书馆相关联,形成数学模型。以寻求图书馆设备使用最高性价比为目的,生产者提出的合格率和图书馆可接受的设备出现故障的概率作为约束条件,采用单点变异进化算法进行求解,最终实现将问题解决,得到可供不同图书馆的选择RFID设备的参数参考标准。
    With the extensive application of RFID technology and the rapid development of RFID manufacturing, RFID as a technology having various advantage, such as contact-free, fast identification, high-life, large capacity, high security, has caused a lot of attection to libraries, and has led to the develoment of informationized libraries. However, a lot of problems have not well-solved yet, which seniously has affected the development of RFID informationized libraries.This thesis studies a more basic problem in a number of problems, that RFID tags can be identified from the inconsistency problem caused by device parameters. In RFID information library, Equipment work put forward a variety of parameters requirements to label. Tag inconsistency enlarge the conflict among the device parameters, filtering can resolve the issue, but high demand to the label led to increased production costs, thus bringing the cost of increased equipment purchases. Rigorous screening to reduce the pass rate of labeling and increased the cost of equipment, it is a new problem.We are facing the choice between the quality equipment and the cost of selecting satisfied tags among all inconsistant tags. This research were focus on the above question to find a optimital sollution for RFID informationized libraries and manufactors. First, by analyzing the contradictions between the two issues, the fact that the equipment cost is positive to library purchase cost it is found while the transaction is happen between the producer and the library; mathematical model can be constructed by interconnecting producers and libraries. The major purpose is to see the belance between equipment performance and cost which can be acceptted for both users and manufactor, solving the problem by SPMEP algorithm, get reference on equipment parameters by different libraries using in selecting RFID equipment.
