达茂旗舍饲圈养羊科学饲养、良种繁育技术示范推广项目实施与效益分析

        近年来,我国养羊业取得了长足的发展,养羊业已成为我国农村经济发展的重要产业。但是目前我国养羊业还处于初级阶段,存在着诸如肉羊产肉性能低、品种结构不合理、生产方式落后、粗放型饲养等问题。因此,内蒙古包头市达茂旗于21世纪初开始探索转变粗放型肉羊养殖模式,从2007年开始在全旗开展围封禁牧、实施舍饲圈养。并利用两年多的时间实施了“舍饲圈养羊科学饲养、良种繁育技术示范推广项目”,在全旗6个苏木镇选择了32个示范点,推广应用了科学饲养管理、肉羊育肥、羊人工授精及快速繁育、应用多胎素提高双羔率等4项技术。在项目实施过程中,解决了农牧民在实行舍饲圈养后在养羊中遇到的许多困难和实际问题,广大农牧民深深感到推广新技术实行科学饲养的重要性。经过效益分析,项目覆盖区的农牧民取得的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益均比较明显,说明这些科学饲养、良种繁育等新技术是可以在达茂旗广泛推广应用的,可以使牧民在实施围封禁牧后,通过舍饲圈养优良畜种来提高生产生活水平,从而实现全旗生态建设和畜牧业生产和谐发展。
    In recent years, sheep industry has made great progress by leaps and bounds in China. It also has become an important industry of rural economy development. However, the sheep industry in our country is still at an early stage and there are some problems such as low performance of sheep meat production, irrational breed structures, backward production methods and extensive form of feeding. Therefore, the transformation of extensive form of sheep farming was initially explored in the early 21 st century. From the year of 2007 on, pasturing outside was forbidden and drylot feeding was carried out. Then two years was taken to conduct the Program of Scientific Drylot Feeding and Superior Multiplication Sheep Technology Demonstration.32 demonstration sites in villages of Damao Banner were chosen to promote more than four technologies including scientific feeding and management, artificial insemination and fast breeding, sheep fattening and application of fecundin to improve the rate of twin sheep. In the process of the project implementation, many difficulties and practical problems encountering farmers and herdsmen were addressed after drylot feeding. So the importance of the new technologies to promote scientific farming was felt deeply by the majority of farmers and herdsmen. The farmers and herdsmen in areas of coverage obtained economic benefits, social benefits and significant ecological benefits through benefit analysis. It indicates that scientific drylot feeding and superior multiplication sheep technology demonstration can be promoted and applied in Damao Banner. This will certainly make pastoralists improve the standard of living and the level of production in the implementation of good livestock feeding, achieving the harmonious development of ecological construction and animal husbandry.
