基于数据挖掘技术的金属矿山生产成本控制系统研究

        金属矿产资源是不可再生资源。我国的金属矿山生产过程存在严重的问题。一方面,采矿设备和基础设施的落后增加了矿石的贫化率,浪费了矿产资源。另一方面,由于缺乏有效的政府管制,面对日益激烈的市场竞争,许多金属矿山缺乏有效的成本控制方法,为了降低成本,采取只采富矿,丢弃贫矿等严重不利于矿产资源可持续发展的措施。发掘金属矿山企业内部有效的成本控制方法变得非常紧迫。国内外学者对于矿山企业的成本控制方法研究多局限于定性思路,缺乏将数据挖掘等先进的技术和方法应用于成本控制,也缺乏整体性的解决方案,分析的结果可视化程度不高,与用户的交互性不强,很难在企业中真正得到推广和应用。基于上面的问题,本文根据定性和定量相结合的思路,首先对金属矿山生产成本控制进行了定性的分析,提出了成本的合理分解方法,对影响成本的关键因素进行了分析。其次,在定量分析方面,本文利用数据集市和联机分析处理技术和先进的数据挖掘方法对生产成本的关键因素和生产成本的重要组成部分进行了分析,为决策者提供了成本关键影响因素和成本组成部分的重要性排序和决策规则。本文提出的模型和方法能具有较高的准确率和有效性为决策者在计划和决策制定方面提供了准确的依据。针对国内外相关研究缺乏整体性解决方案的问题,本文研发了金属矿山企业生产成本控制软件系统。金属矿山企业生产成本控制软件系统包括联机分析分析和成本数据挖掘两个核心部分。本软件的良好的可操作性和与用户的交互性能为决策者提供方便而有效的分析成本数据和挖掘成本数据中潜在规则的方法。最后,本文将金属矿山企业生产成本控制系统成功的应用于三山岛金矿中。主要包括数据集市的构建和联机分析处理,生产成本关键影响因素分析,生产成本关键组成部分分析以及生产成本控制效果预测。系统的应用效果表明本系统有效地提高了成本计算的准确性和可靠性,使成本分析和决策更加及时有效,实现了金属矿山生产过程成本的控制,有效降低了生产成本。
    Metallic mineral resources are non-renewable. The process of exploration is very problematic in China. Inferior infrastructure and equipment raises the dilution rate of ores, thereby wasting mineral resources. In addition, without proper governmental regulations and well-established mining laws, much low-grade ore is discarded intentionally or unintentionally, which seriously hinder mineral resources from sustainable development. Therefore, increasing market competition makes effective cost control one of the most important and urgent issues of mental mining companies.In this paper, results of domestic and foreign research are briefly analyzed, which demonstrates that the ideas of many researchers are confined to qualitative methods, lacking of the application of advanced techniques and technologies such as data mining and the overall solution for cost control. In addition, their analytical results are inferior in visualization and user interface, which makes their methods quite difficult for practice use. Based on these problems and the idea of combining qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper first makes a thorough analysis of cost control in metal mines, proposes a reasonable cost breakdown method and analyzes cost affecting factors. Secondly, in terms of quantitative analysis, this paper analyzed cost affecting factors and cost components using data mart, online analytical processing and data mining techniques, which provides the significance order of cost affecting factors and cost components and decision rules. The proposed method is very fast and effective, since it provides effective standards and methods for inspecting the condition of cost control. Aiming at the lack of overall solutions of domestic and foreign research, cost control system for metal mines is developed in this paper, which includes such modules as online analytical processing and data mining. The qualities of this system such as effective user interaction enable decision makers to analyze cost data and derive potential rules from cost data. Finally, this system is successfully applied in SAN SHAN DAO Gold Mine, which includes the construction of cost data mart, online analytical processing of cost data, analysis of cost affecting factors, analysis of cost components, and the estimation of cost status. The effectiveness of this system illustrates that this system improves the accuracy and reliability of cost calculation, thereby making cost analysis and decision making more effective, and reducing the cost of mental production process.
