        随着移动通信和互联网技术的高速发展以及智能移动终端技术的成熟,人们对于操作智能手机、平板电脑等移动设备已十分习惯。移动办公逐渐开始成为企业办公的发展趋势。本论文针对制造业企业在特殊生产车间、高空作业等特殊办公环境,提出了面向制造业企业私有云的移动办公平台。借助该平台,办公人员手持智能移动式设备,通过无线网络接入企业私有云平台进行办公,能够满足在特殊场合的移动办公需求。移动办公平台以企业私有云平台作为服务端。由于制造业企业尤其是离散制造业生产批量小、业务种类繁多的特点,设计采用了云端业务定制模块来根据具体的需求进行业务定制和部署。采用JSON(JavaScript Object Notation)数据交换格式作为业务描述语言,描述界面定制文件以及业务配置文件,作为与移动客户端进行交互的媒介。移动客户端以当前比较流行的Android开源操作系统为载体,设计并开发了一款柔性化应用,能够解析界面定制文件以及业务配置文件,实现了定制业务界面的具体展现以及业务逻辑的控制。对移动客户端应用进行了测试,包括性能测试和占用内存分析。在性能测试中应用界面操作流畅,交互逻辑正常。使用了DDMS(Dalvik Debug Monitor Server)以及MAT(Memory Analyzer Tool)两种方式对应用的内存占用进行了分析,确保了应用不会出现OOM(Out of Memory)异常。最后,结合开目公司私有云平台,根据某零件产品生产过程中质量数据采集需求为实例,验证了本文应用系统的实用性,以及云端业务的定制与部署、客户端定制界面的动态生成、异常数据报警机制以及智能表格控件等技术可行性。
    With the rapid development of mobile telecommunication and Internet technology and the maturity of smart mobile terminals, people are accustomed to operate the mobile devices such as smart phone and tablet. Mobile office is now becoming a development trend of enterprise office. Aimed at the special environment such as the workshop and plant or work high above the ground and so on in manufacturing enterprise, this thesis proposes a mobile office platform oriented to private cloud platform of manufacturing enterprise. With this platform, the staff workers take the smart hand-held device that connects with the enterprise private cloud via wireless network to do their work can meet the demands of mobile office on special occasion.Enterprise private cloud platform is used as server in the mobile office platform. Because of the manufacturing enterprise especially discrete manufacturing industry has the characteristics of small production quantities and large amounts of varieties in business,the customized module is designed to customize and deploy the task according to actual needs. JSON(JavaScript Object Notation) is choosed as data exchange format in server to describe the customized UI files and business configuration files which act as interactive carrier with mobile client. A flexible application is designed and developed based on the now popular open source operation system Android that can parse the customized UI files and business configuration files to realize the customized UI display and business logical control. The mobile client application has been tested on performance and memory occupied analysis. The Application can be operated smoothly and interacted logically right in performance test.Both Dalvik Debug Monitor Server and Memory Analyzer Tool are used to analyze the occupied memory by application to make sure that OOM(Out Of Memory) exception could not happen.At last, combined with the KaiMu Corporation private cloud platform,quality data acquisition of a certain part in production is used as an example to verify the practicability of the system and the technology feasibility of business customization and deployment in cloud part, dynamic generation of the customized UI in client, abnormal data alarm mechanism and intelligent grid control.
